We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept any unsuitable products back for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Silvine Education, Sinclairs, Silvine Works, North Street, Otley, West Yorkshire, LS21 1AH, UK.
Do not ship unless your return has been accepted via email by a member of the Silvine team. We recommend sending your item back via tracked service.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds to your account.
